File a complaint

If you are not satisfied with the OV-chipkaart or the service provided by OV-chipkaart Customer Services, you can submit a complaint. Your complaint will be handled by a team of specially trained customer services employees.

We handle complaints about:

  • the purchase or use of an OV-chipkaart
  • the service provided by OV-chipkaart Customer Services
  • the www.ov-chipkaart.nl website
  • the OV-chipkaart in general

How can you file a complaint?

There are two ways to submit your complaint to us. Indicate that it is a complaint. Include your name, address, date of birth, e-mail address and if possible your OV-chipkaart number as well.
