Has your card not yet expired, but are you no longer using it? And do you want to receive the remaining balance, without sending a paper form? Then follow the steps below to end your card and get your balance back.

Please note: when you terminate your card, you can no longer use it for anything. Not even for the OV-Fiets and Bicycle Storage, Zonetaxi or discount at P+R. Are there subscriptions or products on your card? Then cancel these via the seller.
