Cancel credit order
You can cancel your credit order here. You do this by using your order number and cancellation code. You can find these in the confirmation email for your order.
If you have lost your order number and cancellation code, please contact OV-chipkaart Customer Services.
Collected credit orders can no longer be canceled. Please be aware that credit automatically gets picked up when checking in with NS.
