The link code was not accepted. What should I do?
If the link code is not accepted, please check whether:
- You have entered the correct code. You or the person whose card you want to link will have received the code by email or post. The code is made up of six digits;
- The code is still valid. 31 days after the application, the code will expire. The card will then be removed from your account. Apply for a new code if it has passed its expiry date. You can do this by linking the card again at My card(s).
- You have entered an incorrect code too many times. The card will then be removed from your account. Link the card again and enter the correct code.
