Apply for automatic reloading
Would you prefer not to queue for the device in order to pick up your credit? Discover automatic reloading. With automatic reloading you will always have sufficient credit on your OV-chipkaart. You can apply for it online.
What do you need:
- personal OV-chipkaart
- OV-chipaccount
- iDEAL (to provide authorisation for the collections)
When you are not able to make an iDEAL payment, please fill out this form and send it to us.
How it works:
1. You will check in or out.
2. Not enough credit? We loan you €10, €20 or €50.
3. The amount will be debited within 15 days.
4. You will find the exact date on your bank account.
Where can I add automatic reloading to my card?
Once you have applied for automatic reloading, you need to add it to your card. You will do this at a pick-up device.
