It may be that the credit in your account has not yet been updated. This is because we do not process your journeys and transactions immediately, but over the following night. The credit in your account will not be updated until then. So your credit will be a minimum of one day behind. If you travel by bus, it may take up to a week before your transactions are forwarded to us.
