Reporting phishing emails
Unfortunately it sometimes happens that internet criminals misuse OV-chipkaart or Translink’s name and logo. They then send emails in which they try to gather our customers’ personal details. Never click on links or attachements in emails you do not trust. More information on phishing emails.
We would very much appreciate it if you could send suspected phishing emails (if possible as an attachement) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please, do not use this e-mail address for OV-chipkaart related questions. In that case, fill out the contact form, send us a tweet or call us on 0900-0980 (normal phone cost).
