Reporting phishing emails

Unfortunately it sometimes happens that internet criminals misuse OV-chipkaart or Translink’s name and logo. They then send emails in which they try to gather our customers’ personal details. Never click on links or attachements in emails you do not trust. More information on phishing emails.

We would very much appreciate it if you could send suspected phishing emails (if possible as an attachement) to Please, do not use this e-mail address for OV-chipkaart related questions. In that case, fill out the contact form, send us a tweet or call us on 0900-0980 (normal phone cost).

Calling from foreign countries

Calling from Belgium, Germany or Luxembourg? You can contact us on below mentioned telephone numbers. These are fixed lines. You pay the local cost of your own country. Contact your providor for more information about the cost. It is not possible to call from other foreign countries.
