Would you like to cancel your personal OV-chipkaart? If so, have your public transport company remove any travel products from your OV-chipkaart first. Fill out the Beëindiging en restitutie persoonlijke OV-chipkaart form and submit it. Do not forget to enclose your OV-chipkaart.

Is there any OV-chipkaart credit left on your card?
If the OV-chipkaart e-purse on your card is €5 or more, you will receive the amount (minus administration fees) on your bank or giro account within two weeks.
